The second wave of a coordinated practice attack by Avengers of
Torpedo Squadron Four. The USS Ranger has turned toward
the first wave coming in from the starboard. In the attempt to "comb"
the first topedo drops, the ship has become vulnerable to the seond wave.
The torpedos striking the water are preset to go under the ship.
